Falling for Fall Again - Hunter Mountain Ski Area, Hunter, N.Y.

Leaf peeping? Fall foliage tour? I don't care what it's called...Autumn is my favorite season. The crisp air, the bright blue skies and, of course, the variety of golds, oranges and reds that the leaves turn. Sometimes one tree will have green, yellow and red leaves at the same time.

A great place to view them from...take a pre-season gondola or chair lift (like the Sky Ride at Hunter Mountain) ride at a local ski area. Don't you love the eco-friendly outdoor furniture made from recycled snowboards and skis?
