Slushhhhhhhh

Snow never lasts very long in NYC. I know this is because of the  number of people, cars, trucks etc.  I  agree that the sheer number of these things (people, cars, trucks etc.) is what makes up a big part of the energy and pace of the city, which I crave. I just wish the snow could stay clean and soft a bit longer. The city actually becomes quieter when it snows...the usual sounds  of the people, cars, trucks etc. gently muffled.....like wearing headphones.

Mrs. L being that you're used to noise, I would've recommend the Catskills Mountain during winter season.
