The 29th Annual Downtown Dance Festival presented by
batterydancecompany kicked off its lunchtime series of performances today at One New York Plaza (Water Street between Whitehall & Broad Strreets) from 12-2PM. Today's performers included the
binbinFactory (
photo), a Brooklyn-based company which was founded to "investigate cross-cultural boundaries by harmonizing movement of the East and West and the exquisite Yuko Takahashi Dance Company from Sendai Japan. The lunchtime performances continue through Friday, August 20th. For more details, visit
